We cannot Thank Jin enough for all the help that he did for us in both selling and buying a house. He is patient, sincere, honest and very hardworking. We lost track of how many houses seen before finalizing on the one which we liked. But not once did Jin show any less enthusiasm in showing us all the houses.
What we liked about Jin is that he was very transparent in his actions and communicated his honest opinion about a house even if his suggestions meant for us to rethink about the purchase of the house. However, he always ensured that our interest was of the utmost importance.

Buying a house is not easy, sometimes accompany with frustration, especially when buying an investment property. in previous selling market where "bidding offers" is a common situation, we were struggling with how much to offer to buy the house without overpaying. Our realtor, Jin Qian, let us get rid of this entanglement and bought our desirable investment house easily and happily.
Since we decided to buy an investment property, we have been introduced around 50 properties one after another by Jin. Jin showed us more than 20 houses, covering almost the entire Essex County, and more than a dozen offers have been made. For every single property we were interested in. Jin patiently helped us investigate the house's sales history, appreciation potential, pointed out the shortcomings of the house, and told us the possible risks and followed-up problems that we encountered. He demonstrated his professionalism and honesty. What motivated us the most was that every time when he prepares an offer, he would communicate with the listing agent to learn about the latest developments, and at the same time help us formulate a reasonable price through the information he learned. Due to our limited budget, we were outbid by others for more than ten offers. Jin Qian showed his great patience without a trace of impatience. Finally, at the twelfth offer, at a price we couldn't believe but satisfied, we got our ideal property.
Jin enthusiastically helped us contact lawyer, various municipal services, and took us to the property twice. now that the transaction has been closed. After signing the contract, Jin is still actively follow-up with third party professionals, trying to maximize the return on our investment. About Jin Qian
I came to Windsor Ontario in the summer of 2007 to study in University of Windsor. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2011 and continued to get my Master’s degree in Materials Engineering field. After graduation in 2013, I started my career as a Test Engineer in the world’s largest thermal management technologies company. Its predestined relationship, I met my wife, Jie, here in Windsor in 2012 and found out that we are from the same city, Nanjing China. We married and grew our family in LaSalle, Ontario since 2014. Now we have two boys, Jordan, and Jason who bring surprises and happiness to our family everyday!I joined RE/MAX Preferred and became a Realtor in March 2022. I’m newer to the business, but I have a lot of energy. I’m fired up, enthusiastic, and I have time available for you.
